Shiraz from Barossa. The Australian sun captured in a bottle

Shiraz, also known as syrah, has made it’s name wherever the sun shines strong and the climate proves too hot for pinot noir to handle.

The most distinctive shiraz from the Barossa is a strongly coloured silky tannic wine with a powerful texture and excellent structure. It delights with aromas of very ripe dark fruits underpinned by sweet vanilla and leather notes resulting from the wine's maturation in new American or French oak barrels.

Shiraz has all the aromas that Europeans miss for most of the year.

This variety is characterised by a very complex bouquet, which includes aromas of blackberries, undergrowth, dark chocolate, herbs, pepper, nuts, liquorice, leather, tobacco and vanilla.

It's a bouquet that pairs perfectly with Polish cuisine.

Shiraz is a taste and aroma that Europeans love because it goes well with cuisine full of meat, mushrooms and vegetables. More structured wines from this variety will pair perfectly with beef steak, roasted chicken, duck and schnitzel. Australian shiraz also pairs well with BBQ sauce and robust meats served with sauces and stews.
